Vinegar contains an enzyme that stimulates the stomach to produce more acid. To people with a normal digestion, this is not a problem, but if your stomach already has a high acidity level, it can lead to frequent reflux and heartburn. Vinegar also increces the pH level in your body fluids and in cancer paient, this means a higher risk for a relapse, as cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. Therefore, vinegar is something I need to avoid.

If a person doesn't tolerate vinegar, it can also lead to
-delayed stomach emptying -digestive side effects -low potassium levels and bone loss -erosion of tooth enamel -throat burns -drug interaction with some types of medication
Allergies to vinegar are rare, but stop taking it immediately if you suspect an allergic reaction!
