I suspect that I have a food allergy, but which?
So, I am in the middle of an elimination process to find out if it can be nuts, soy, milk, corn, sesame or peas - two weeks with an exaggerated intake of each to see if the symptoms change.
But I'm a litttle anxious about this. Afraid of having an anaphylactic reaction, especially to the milk, though I've never had one before. I do suffer from migraines, sinus issues, fatigue, asthma and congestion. I have no problems with cheese, though.
Any insight here would be greatly appreciated.

Verifying a food allergy is a lengthy process, since one has to eliminate single ingredients from the diet, one by one. To help the motivation, one may start with the most likely culprits, who normally cause the most wevere reactions and work one's way down the list of less likely items. If one is found, maybe it's best to complete the process, since you can be allergic to more than one thing and it's easier to just contiue the elimination once you have started. Hope that helps.

Thanks, @sigma!
The result of the elimination process is far from conclusive yet, but it may seem as if soy is the primary culprit.
