The food intolerances listed elsewhere are among the most common types. However, there are many other foods and ingredients to which people may be intolerant, including: Aspartame: Aspartame is an artificial sweetener that is commonly used as a sugar substitute. Although research is conflicting, some studies have reported side effects like depression and irritability in people with a sensitivity. Egg white: Some people have difficulty digesting egg whites but are not allergic to eggs. Egg intolerance is associated with symptoms like diarrhea and abdominal pain. MSG: Monosodium glutamate, or MSG, is used as a flavor-enhancing additive in foods. More research is needed, but some studies have shown that large amounts can cause headache, hives and chest pain. Food colorings: Food colorings like Red 40 and Yellow 5 have been shown to cause hypersensitivity reactions in some people. Symptoms include hives, skin swelling and stuffy nose. Yeast: People with a yeast intolerance generally experience less severe symptoms than those with a yeast allergy. Symptoms are typically limited to the digestive system. Sugar alcohols: Sugar alcohols are often used as zero calorie alternatives to sugar. They can cause major digestive issues in some people, including bloating and diarrhea. Source www.healthline.com/

Aspartame and similar artificial sweeteners should be avoided no matter if you are intolerant to them or not, as they contain substances that are harmful to your body. If sugar should be substituted, make sure to switch to natural sweeteners like honey, yacon syrup or stevia.

Typically, there seems to be an increased number of individuals that are allergic to the white of an egg, so it may hold true that those intolerant to eggs may be by and large more intolerant to the whites than the yolks. There are over 40 proteins in the white, with the yolk not having anywhere near as many. It is the proteins that cause the allergic reactions that involve the immune system, so considering the proteins causing the intolerance issues is not a stretch of the imagination at all.
So if there is a need or intense desire to consume eggs though there may be an intolerance to consider, then eliminate the whites of eggs first to determine if that is the cause!

The science behind food sensitivity to MSG isn't established. Glutamate, the main ingredient in MSG, is a neurotransmitter — a chemical that carries messages in the nervous system. Scientists have been searching for a link between glutamate in the nervous system and the symptoms of MSG sensitivity. But a connection has not yet been made. So for now, avoiding MSG if it bothers you is the best thing to do.
While MSG is best known for its use in restaurants, it can also be found in frozen meals, packaged snack foods, canned foods and soups; and even seasoning mixes. Check the ingredients lists on food labels. As a general rule of thumb, if you eat something that gives you a reaction you've had before you should eliminate that food from your diet.

Tartrazine causes the most allergic reactions of all the food colorings; the most common symptom is hives (urticaria). The food coloring agent is also known to cause asthma symptoms.
