Vegetable soup recipe for weight loss is one of the most favorites! As one would say would expect from this recipe, this is filled with fresh and flavorful veggies.

3. Boiling Heat the broth over low heat, add the vegetables and let it cook until tender.
It may not be the best recipe to use for healthy control but it does certainly help in going for it as a snack. You may need to add flavor to this while I have mentioned some you can also use replace canned tomatoes with spicy canned tomatoes, add hot sauce, and fresh herbs among others.
