Hope it will spread to the rest of the world. Yup! We need all the assistance we can get to make our every day life easier. I know people that never travel for fear of not finding food they can eat.

I know people that never travel for fear of not finding food they can eat. Or travel far in order to find something they can eat.

Sigh. I'm sure that most people with dietary restrictions travel less and eat less out because of their condition.

Not only that. In addition to keeping to their diet while catching flights, checking into unfamiliar culture hotel rooms and communicating with wildly exotic cuisine staff in various unfamiliar languages, they also have to struggle with the correct medicaition for potentially serious or life-threatening allergies during a trip.
Ask your doctor for a prescription to carry with you in case you misplace your pharmaceuticals — though be certain to keep them in your carry-on, in their original packaging (to help with security and customs). As a final measure, speak with your health insurance company to find out if you’re covered — and how to get medical attention — if you get sick overseas!

Allergy Reality is a fun, educational and interactive way for children and adults to learn about specific food allergies. The app gamifies navigating food allergies by getting users to decipher food labels and play word scramblers, puzzles and matching games.
Two moms with children with food allergies created Allergy Reality. They recognized the need for food allergy awareness and more resources to empower people affected by food allergies.
The app incorporates food allergies such as nuts, eggs, dairy, soy and gluten. Each level of the educational game is packed with delicious and colorful food and aims to make eating an allergy-free diet tasty and fun!

Impossible™ Sausage made from plants is juicy, savory, pre-seasoned meat replacement food. Perfect for breakfast or any meal, really. It contains no gluten, no animal hormones and no antibiotics. You can find it in restaurants around the United States, but it's not in grocery stores yet.
Ingredients: Water, soy protein concentrate, sunflower oil, coconut oil, methylcellulose, natural flavors, salt, yeast extract, cultured dextrose, modified food starch, citric acid, soy leghemoglobin, mixed tocopherols (antioxidant), soy protein isolate, spices, onion powder, garlic powder
Vitamins and minerals: Zinc gluconate, niacin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B12
It measures up nutritionally, too. One patty has 6g protein, 1.3mg iron, 0mg cholesterol, 7g total fat, 2.5g saturated fat and 100 calories.
